Program Philosophy:

1. Have fun!

2. Become the best football team we can be.

3. Represent our school and community with class.

4. Have our players take something away from football that will help them later in life.

5. Provide a great high school experience that our players will remember for life.

6. Develop positive character and citizenship.

7. "Build men for others".  Teach the importance of being part of something bigger than oneself.

Team Rules and Expectations

1. Respect of self and others is of greatest importance. Show respect to everyone, including parents, teachers, coaches, officials, and opponents.  Be respectful in all your actions and words. A lack of respect will not be tolerated.

2. Follow all state and local laws and regulations. Absolutely no alcohol, tobacco, or other illegal drugs may be used by a member of this team. Avoid encouraging others to use these chemicals by refraining from places where these chemicals are being used.

3. Do the right thing. Do what is right and avoid what is wrong, both on and off the field.

4. Be accountable for your actions. Accept compliments graciously and humbly.  Accept discipline respectfully, knowing it is for you to use to help improve yourself.

5. No inappropriate language will be tolerated.

6. Attendance at school, practice, and games is mandatory. If you must miss a practice, you must inform a coach prior to practice or it will be unexcused.   Unexcused practices will result in a loss of game playing time.

7. Football is a team game. Everything must be done for the benefit of the team.

8. Be a positive leader. If you are leading, lead others in doing what is right. If you are following, learn to follow the right leader.

9. Be loyal to your team, coaches, and school.

10. Work hard and be supportive at all times.
